Breath. A breath of infinite possibilities.
It opens (or closes) the door to what we have been able to imagine.
It is worth becoming aware of it and learning to use it as a fundamental tool for manifestation.
Contents and Objectives
Through a series of exercises, simulations, and role-plays, this seminar focuses on the functioning of the breath as a full expression of the self and as an immediate means of aligning with the best possibilities available.
A Fundamental Difference
Breath is not breathing.
Breathing is a physiological and anatomical act. Breath is an existential, symbolic, and all-encompassing reality that reflects in everything we see, touch, think, and desire.
It grants (or denies) us access to ideas and solutions, allowing us to move step by step towards the best idea of ourselves. It is a profound language to which everything responds.
Who It’s For
Athletes, dancers, actors, singers, artists, educators, communicators, social workers, and all those who feel the desire to explore the body and space from a subtler and broader perspective.
Available Formats
a) Group course (min. 16 participants): 4 independent modules of 3 hours each, plus one integrative and summarising master class of 7 hours
b) Individual or couple coaching (50 minutes): exercises and methods tailored to the needs and characteristics of the participant

We are what we eat, but it is even more true that we eat what we are—that is, what corresponds to the idea we have of ourselves.
We are made of that which leads us to eat what we eat.
For this reason, nourishing ourselves with goodness is an evolutionary idea towards our own self.
