Observatory on Conscious Nutrition

Appreciation for life.

Food, and our relationship with it, play a fundamental role in the body’s biochemistry and therefore in the wellbeing of the organs and the quality of energy available—including the types of thoughts and emotions we experience.

At the heart of this Observatory are the stories and narratives surrounding food, the traditions linked to it, and the way in which nutrition as a whole serves as a precise mirror of both personal and social identity.
